The “Hot Dawg” provides big bait anglers & enthusiasts a soft bait technique that is truly different from anything else out there.

The Hot Dawg can be fished many different ways, the unique profile allows it to slip around and through the heaviest of cover that one will run into when out on the water. Its erratic darting action and size makes it a bait with a lot of drawing power. Fish the bait similar to a big soft plastic swimbait, cast in and around cover then proceed to slow retrieve. There really is no wrong way to fish the Dawg bump the rod, chop the reel handle, twitch it, glide it, skip it, roll it low and slow along the bottom, or punch it into grass. Not like any other traditional soft bait, the Hot Dawg is in a category of its own.

• These baits will produce a different action depending on what kind of hook you are using. Un-weighted screw-lock swimbait hooks will give you a very erratic twitching/fleeing action just below the surface. While the weighted screw-lock swimbait hooks will give you a slower side-to-side gliding action.
  
• The Hot Dawg is a large softbait weighing in at 1 ounce, be sure to pair this bait with a rod that can handle some bigger gear
